No Sweat Diet is a service that provides freshly prepared, tasty, convenient and nutritionally balanced meals.
Who uses the No Sweat Diet?
People use the No Sweat Diet for a variety of reasons. Some of the most common reasons are to lose weight, to ensure better health, to save time and to save money.
What do the meals consist of?
We have five weeks of different menus that offer excellent variety. All of the meals are low in fat, low in sodium and low in cholesterol. The food is prepared by our chef in consultation with a Registered Dietitian, and adheres to the dietary guidelines of the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, the American Diabetes Association and the American Dietetic Association.
Do you have a meal plan for diabetics?
No Sweat Diet meals meet the standards of the American Diabetes Association and are well balanced with an adequate amount of carbohydrates and protein with each meal. The portion control provided by the meals makes counting and controlling carbohydrates even easier. You should always speak with your physician before beginning any meal plan.
Can I eat No Sweat Diet meals if I am on a low sodium diet?
No Sweat Diet meals are substantially lower in sodium than most frozen meals and meet the dietary guidelines for sodium. The general recommendation for sodium is less than 2300 mg per day. No Sweat Diet strives to keep sodium to less than 2000 mg per day.
If I have high cholesterol is the No Sweat Diet right for me?
No Sweat Diet meals are low in fat and saturated fat, and it is known that fat has been linked to raising blood cholesterol levels. Our meals supply a generous amount of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains which provide fiber, an added benefit in reducing blood cholesterol levels.
Is the No Sweat Diet meal plan okay for non-dieting family members?
Our meals can be used as a healthy eating alternative for someone who is not looking to lose weight. The convenience, the delicious taste, and the affordability makes the No Sweat Diet meal plan ideal for home replacement meals.
