Each one of our Kosher foods fit into a meal plan that lets you eat delicious foods five times a day.   • May not want or have time to shop, cook, and clean for just themselves or a family
  • Are unable to drive or cook, such as the elderly

No Sweat Diet meal plans are available in two different calorie portions - either 1200 or 1800 calories per day.  If you are changing your eating habits for medical reasons or for weight-loss purposes, we recommend that you check with your physician to determine which calorie plan to choose.

Remember to refrigerate all meals until eaten.
